Since 1967, AST has been engaged in on-going work at the Louisiana Capitol Complex.  The firm has provided mechanical and electrical design services for more than 260 projects in the Capitol Park Complex, including 135 projects in the Louisiana State Capitol Building. 

 

 

Capitol Complex Central Chilled Water Plants Modification and Distribution System Upgrade

Direct Design Services

 

10 million dollar modifications and upgrades of chilled water loop system serving the Louisiana State Capitol Complex.  Project featured extension of the existing distribution system that serves all Louisiana Capitol Park Complex building facilities.

Louisiana 19th Judicial District Courthouse, Baton Rouge, LA

Mechanical and Electrical Design Services

 

New 89 million dollar, 300,000 square foot, 13-story (including Basement and Penthouse) courthouse facility for the Louisiana Nineteenth Judicial District Building Commission.  Project features a 1,000 KVA generator to provide Life Safety systems for the high-rise facility.
